 Mussels4 Liter
 Oil45 Milliliter
 6 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 Celery stick4 , finely chopped
 Plain yogurt150 Milliliter
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1 Thoroughly clean the mussels and remove their beards.
Cook them in a pan in the oil until they open.
Place them in a heated serving dish.
2 Add the tomatoes and celery to the pan, season and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the yogurt, pour the sauce over the mussels, and serve hot.
