Mussels in Tomato and Seafood Sauce Recipe Video

Mussels are high energy proteins. They make meal wholesome. We are using green lip mussels from New Zealand. The dish makes a part of dinner or lunch menu.

Ingredients

 
Par cooked Mussels
 
Sauce- tomato paste, onions, tomato, pepper, raw fish and prawns
 
Olive oil

Directions

Heat a pan, add sauce and mussels.
Add little olive oil. Stir it.
Cook for few minutes.
Serve.
