Mussels With Garlic Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Mussels | 24 Large, cooked | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Parsley | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| 6 tablespoons fine white bread crumbs | ||
Directions
Preheat the broiler to hot.
Remove the mussels from their shells and place each one in a half shell.
Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley.
Spread it equally over the mussels.
Sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
Place the mussels in a shallow broiler pan and broil for about 3 minutes or until the butter has melted and the crumbs are golden.
