Mussels Provencale Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter | 30 Milliliter | |
| 2 minced garlic doves | ||

| 1 fine diced celery stalk | ||
| Red wine | 250 Milliliter | |
| Stewed tomatoes | 500 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 3 Milliliter | |
| Basil leaves | 3 Milliliter | |
| Black pepper | 1 Milliliter | |
Directions
Scrub and debeard the mussels.
Heat the butter in a sauce pan, add the garlic, onion and celery, saute until tender.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the mussels and continue to simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Serve.
