Mussels Brussels Style Recipe
Ingredients
| 10 pounds mussels, cleaned and brushed | ||
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Celery leaves from 1 bunch celery, chopped | ||
| Parsley sprigs | 10 | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| White wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Heat the butter in a large pan over low heat and add celery leaves, parsley, onion, wine and pepper.
Add the mussels and cover the pan.
Simmer until the shells open, 7 to 10 minutes.
Strain the broth.
