Muslim Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound very lean lamb, ground
1 small onion, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons yoghurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients very thoroughly. Divide into eight portions and pat each around a skewer in a long cigar shape.
