Ingredients

 
8 oz white button mushrooms, wiped clean and coarsly chopped
 
3 Tbs unsalted butter
 
1/2 tsp sea salt
 
freshly ground black pepper
 
1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
 
1/4 cup sour cream
 
1 slice thick white bread, lightly toasted

Directions

Melt butter in a cast iron skillet, add mushrooms and salt
and stir until butter is absorbed. Continue to cook until
mushrooms give off their liquid, add pepper, nutmeg and sour
cream and stir, cooking for about 3
more minutes. Pile on top of toast.
