Mushrooms In Wine (Funghi Con Vino) Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb (500 g) fresh button mushrooms
1/4 cup (62.5 ml) olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
1 cup (250 ml) dry white wine
Directions
Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth.
Heat oil in a large frypan and saute the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and saute for about seven minutes.
Pour on the wine and cook over a low heat for another three minutes.
