Mushrooms with Spring Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 kg small button mushrooms | ||
| Spring onions | 500 Gram | |
| 1 1/2 tspsalt | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 100 Gram | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY 1) Properly wash the mushrooms, wipe dry and then trim and leave whole. 2) Trim the roots of spring onions, cut them off and discard the leaves leaving 2 inch of the tender green part and leave whole. MAKING 3) Within a bowl, mix the vegetables with salt and pepper. 4) In a wok, heat butter with oil over moderate heat. 5) Add vegetables to it and toss for about 2-3 minutes. 6) Now stir in the wine and toss again for 2-4 minutes. 7) Remove from heat. SERVING 8) Serve hot.
