Mushrooms With Lemon Herb Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| 500g large mushrooms | ||
| Butter | 125 Gram | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind | ||
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Combine softened butter, garlic, lemon rind, parsley and chives.
Remove stems from mushrooms, dot mushrooms with butter, cook on barbecue plate until heated through and butter melted.
