Mushrooms with Herbs Recipe
Ingredients
| Button mushrooms | 1 Kilogram | |
| Butter | 75 Gram | |
| Oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| White wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Dried tarragon | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Wash mushrooms and pat dry.
MAKING
2) In a frying pan, heat butter with oil over moderate heat.
3) Add mushrooms and cook till the moisture from mushrooms has evaporated.
4) Raise heat to high and add wine.
5) Toss for 1-2 minutes.
6) Add remaining ingredients and toss for 2-3 minutes longer.
SERVING
7) Serve the herbed mushroom hot as main dish.
