Mushrooms With Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Shallots | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1 1/2 Pound, cleaned | |
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Melt butter in a skillet.
Saute shallots for 2-3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes.
Add the sherry and cook until almost evaporated.
Add cream and cook, stirring, until it coats a spoon.
Add parsley, salt, and pepper.
