Mushrooms with Caviar Recipe
Ingredients
| Fresh mushroom caps - 24 to 36, medium to small | ||
| Vinegar-and-oil salad dressing - 1 bottle | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| Red caviar - 1 small jar | ||
| Lemon juice - as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Clean all the mushroom caps thoroughly and place them in a large bowl.
2) Pour over the vinegar-and-oil salad dressing, allow to marinate for several hours.
3) Just before serving, wipe the marinated mushroom caps with dampened paper towel, and place on a serving platter.
4) In a bowl, combine the sour cream and caviar together, blend thoroughly.
5) Brush the inner surface of mushroom caps with some lemon juice and
spoon in the sour cream and caviar mixture.
SERVING
6) Serve the Mushrooms with Caviar, immediately as appetizers.
