 Fresh mushroom caps36 Medium
 Vinegar oil salad dressing16 Ounce (1 bottle)
 Sour cream1⁄2 Pint
 Red caviar15 Ounce (1 small jar)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon (as required)

Directions

MAKING
1) Clean all the mushroom caps thoroughly and place them in a large bowl.
2) Pour over the vinegar-and-oil salad dressing, allow to marinate for several hours.
3) Just before serving, wipe the marinated mushroom caps with dampened paper towel, and place on a serving platter.
4) In a bowl, combine the sour cream and caviar together, blend thoroughly.
5) Brush the inner surface of mushroom caps with some lemon juice and
spoon in the sour cream and caviar mixture.

SERVING
6) Serve the Mushrooms with Caviar, immediately as appetizers.
