Mushrooms Vermouth Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound | |
| Dry vermouth | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Rosemary - pinch | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan, melt the butter over a low heat.
2) Stir in the mushrooms, vermouth and rosemary and saute until the mushrooms are brown .
SERVING
3) Serve the Mushrooms Vermouth with the Steak Louise or as desired.
