Mushrooms Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1 1/2 pound, quartered | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef Flavored Bouillon Cube - 1 | ||
| Hot water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper - a dash | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fine Dry Breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a skillet melt a tablespoon of butter and saute the mushrooms for 10 minutes
2) Using a slotted spoon, take out the mushrooms and keep them aside
3) Into hot water, drop in the beef bouillon cube to dissolve
4) Into a small saucepan, melt some butter, add in the flour and stir the mixture to smooth
5) Add in the pepper and whop in the cream and the bouillon
6) Add in the mushrooms and mix well
7) Pour this into a greased 1 quart casserole
8) Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 F
SERVING
9) Serve the mushroom dish warm with some warmed bread
