1/4 cup Wegmans Basting Oil
 
2 pkgs (8 oz each) Food You Feel Good About Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
 
2 pkgs (8 oz each) Cleaned and Cut Celery and Onions
 
1 Tbsp Herbes de Provence
 
2 Tbsp Wegmans Butter
 
1 carton (32 oz) Food You Feel Good About Chicken Culinary Stock
 
1 pkg (16 oz) Wegmans Unseasoned Stuffing Croutons (Bakery Dept)
 
1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored (not peeled), grated
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
2 Tbsp Food You Feel Good About Black Truffle Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


1. Heat basting oil in braising pan on MEDIUM-HIGH. Add mushrooms; cook about 5 min, until moisture is reduced and mushrooms have a bit of color. Add celery and onion; cook, stirring 5 min. Add herbes; cook, stirring, 3 min. Add butter and stock; bring to a simmer. Turn off heat.

2. Combine croutons and apple; gradually add to mixture in braising pan, stirring gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Bake on center rack of oven 30-35 min or until stuffing is nicely browned and cooked through. Drizzle with truffle oil before serving.
