Ingredients

 Small mushrooms - 1/2 pound
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Cider vinegar2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Black peppers - 6 whole
 Onion flakes1/4 Teaspoon, dried
 Parsley sprigs1
 Bay leaf1
 Celery leaves3

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash mushrooms and trim.

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, simmer rest of the ingredients for 10 minutes.

FINALISING
3. In a mixing bowl, place mushrooms and pour the sauce over it; let it cool.
4. Into a jar, pour the mushroom along with the sauce; close tightly and shake well.
5. Refrigerate the jar for at least 24 hours before using.

SERVING
6. Just before serving, drain.
