Mushrooms Polonaise Recipe
Ingredients
| Small mushrooms - 1/2 pound | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black peppers - 6 whole | ||
| Onion flakes | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Parsley sprigs | 1 | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Celery leaves | 3 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Wash mushrooms and trim.
MAKING
2. In a saucepan, simmer rest of the ingredients for 10 minutes.
FINALISING
3. In a mixing bowl, place mushrooms and pour the sauce over it; let it cool.
4. Into a jar, pour the mushroom along with the sauce; close tightly and shake well.
5. Refrigerate the jar for at least 24 hours before using.

6. Just before serving, drain.
