Mushrooms On Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 oz. mushroom caps, sliced | ||
| 1/2 small clove garlic, crushed with 1/2 level teaspoon salt | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Ounce | |
| 1/4 pint stout | ||
| Worcestershire sauce to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 | |

Directions
MAKING
1) In a covered thick pan, heat butter to cook mushroom caps with garlic and salt over low heat for 5 minutes.
2) Fold in stout, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
3) Reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
4) Cook with lid off until liquor is reduced to about 1 tablespoon.
SERVING
5) Serve the mixture on toast, with liquor poured round.
