Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups thickly sliced button mushrooms
Salt and pepper
2/3 cup sour cream
Paprika pepper to garnish
Directions
1 Preheat a browning dish, without a lid: 3 minutes on full power for the small size; 5 minutes on full power for the large size.
2 Put the butter and oil into the hot dish, and stir in the mushrooms.
3 Cover with the lid and microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
4 Strain off the juice and, if wished, reserve for another dish (see Note).
5 Season well with salt and pepper. Stir the soured cream into the mushrooms.
6 Microwave on power 4 for 5 minutes.
