 400 g/12 oz mushrooms thickly sliced
 Cinnamon stick3/4
 Cloves1/2 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 tsp coriandar seeds
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley or coriader/cilantro
 2 tsp chopped fresh mint leaves
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Black pepper powder1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Crush cinnamon, clove and coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan.
Add the mushrooms and 1 tsp of freshly ground spices.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Store the remaining spice mixture).
Stir in lemon juice, the herbs, salt and pepper.
Cook for 1 more minute.
