Mushrooms A La Grecque Recipe
Ingredients
| Button mushrooms | 250 Gram | |
| Olive oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped tomato | 1 Large, skinned | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Thyme sprig | 1 | |
| Coriander seeds | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Wash and dry mushrooms.
Slice mushrooms if large.
Place all ingredients except mushrooms into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add mushrooms and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Place in a shallow serving dish, allow to cool, chill and serve.
