Mushrooms a la Grecque Recipe
Ingredients

| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| 2 tablespoons tomato puree bouquet garni | ||
| 1 clove garlic pepper, salt | ||
| Button mushrooms | 8 Ounce | |
Directions
Put the oil, lemon juice, tomato puree, bouquet garni and crushed garlic into a small pan, cover and cook for a few minutes.
Season with pepper and salt.
Wash mushrooms, drain and add to sauce.
Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
