Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Green peppers125 Gram
 Onions125 Gram
 Dry white wine125 Ounce
 Dried oregano - 2.5 millilitres or 1 level teaspoon
 Dried tarragon - 2.5 millilitres or ½ level teaspoon
 Button mushrooms275 Gram
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Oil-free French dressing per portion - 15 millilitres or 1 tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Dice onion and peppers.
2. Crush garlic.

MAKING
3. In a saucepan, put together garlic, onion, pepper, wine, oregano and tarragon; bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Stir in whole mushrooms, cover the pan and let simmer for 10 minutes.

FINALISING
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let the mixture cool down.
6. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and store in individual containers.
7. Freeze until served.

SERVING
8. Remove a portion from freezer and let defrost.
9. To each portion of mushroom mixture, add 1 tablespoon of oil free French dressing.
10. Serve Mushrooms A La Grecque chill.
