Mushrooms A La Grecque Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon | 1 | |
| Prepared Mustard Dressing - to taste | ||
| Fresh Mushrooms, - 1 cup, small whole or halved | ||
| Ripe olives | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimiento | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Feta cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Cut lemon into half, squeezing juice of one half for dressing and thinly slicing the other half for the salad.
MAKING
2. To the lemon juice, add the mustard and whisk to combine.
3. In a bowl combine the mushrooms, olives, pimiento and parsley.
4. Spoon the dressing over the ingredients and toss well to coat.
5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad until chilled and ready to serve.
SERVING
6. Heap onto a salad plate.
7. Top with crumbles cheese.
