 1 1/2 pounds whole small mushrooms

 Salt3/4 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, five minutes.
2. Pour into a bowl and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
