Mushroom Tenderloin Steaks Recipe

| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 4 0Z. canned mushroom slices, drained nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Remove any visible fat from the steaks.
Place the steaks in the grill and sprinkle with the parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Grill for 4 minutes.
Spoon the mushroom slices over the steaks and grill for an additional 1-2 minutes.
