Mushroom Stuffing Recipe
Roasted Chicken with the mushroom stuffing tastes simply fabulous. Just try out any meat dish with this stuffing and let me know the dish that you think it goes best with!
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 small onion, chopped or 1/4 cup chopped spring onions | ||
| Mushrooms | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over a low heat and saute onion until just soft.
Add mushrooms and lemon juice and cook until mushrooms are tender.
Mix into breadcrumbs, with parsley, salt and pepper.
Use as required to stuff Beef Olives or Veal Birds.
Also good for stuffing joints of meat for roasting.
