Mushroom Sauce For Steak Recipe
Ingredients
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. light cream
Salt and pepper
Directions
Melt butter in small shallow saucepan.
Add mushrooms to saucepan; sprinkle with flour.
Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until mushrooms are lightly browned.
Add soy sauce and cream gradually.
Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened and bubbly; add salt and pepper.
