Ingredients

 Baked quiche shell
 Onion1 , sliced
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1 , beaten
 1/4 cup evaporated milk or cream
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Pinch

Directions

Combine onion, mushrooms and butter in 2-cup measure.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on HIGH.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in milk.
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes on '8', or until mixture boils.
Stir a little of the hot liquid into beaten egg.
Stir egg mixture, evaporated milk, salt and pepper into hot mushroom sauce.
Pour into baked quiche shell.
Microwave.
For ovens without solid state heat control, when boiling milk, Microwave 1 to 2 minutes on HIGH, stirring once.
