Mushroom Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fat | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Plain omelet- as required | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting fresh or canned mushrooms into bits
MAKING
2.In a saucepan, melt the fat and add mushrooms, the milk or cream, salt, pepper and flour which has been mixed to a paste with a little cold milk
3.Now cook for 5 minutes, then set aside until the omelet is made
4.Spread the mushroom mixture over the omelet just before folding
SERVING
5.Serve with a sauce of your choice
