Mushroom Mites Recipe
Ingredients
| 24 Ige. mushrooms | ||
| 1/4 lb. hot bulk sausage | ||
| 7/4/6. mild bulk sausage | ||
Directions
Remove stems from mushrooms; wash thoroughly.
Combine sausages; blend well.
Stuff tops of mush- rooms.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat until sausage is cooked and tops are lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
