 Mushroom100 Gram, wash and chop and keep aside
 Coriander1 Tablespoon (For garnishing)
 Oil2 Teaspoon
 Mustard seeds1 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Medium
 Tomato1
 Onion2 , finely chopped
 Tomato1 Medium, finely chopped
 Coconut2 Teaspoon

 Saunf seeds1 Teaspoon

 Coriander2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Sambar powder1 Teaspoon

Directions

In a Pan put oil when it is hot.
Add mustard seeds and onion and fry till it changes to brown colour.
Add tomato,mushroom and fry till it become mashy.
Add grinded masala and till raw smell goes.
Then add salt,water and keep it in low flame and allow bubbles to come.
Transfer to a serving bowl and Eat it with rice,chapati.....
