Ingredients

 
Mushroom-200gm(wash and chopp and keep aside)
 
Aloo-2(medium)boil in a pressure cooker and chopp cube shape and keep aside.
 
For Grinding:-
 
Ginger-1/2inch
 
Coriander leaves-2tbsp
 
Coconut-1tbsp
 
Onion-1(medium)
 
Sambar powder-1teaspoon
 
Water as required
 
and grind corasely and keep aside
 
For seasoning:-
 
Oil-1tbsp
 
Onion-1finely chopped
 
Tomato-1finely chopped

Directions

Heat oil in a broad vessel,add onion and fry till they turn to brown colour.
Add mushroom and allow them to cook.
When mushroom is cooked and water absorved .
Add tomatoes and fry till they become mashy.Keep on stiring.
Add grinded masala,salt water and mix well.
Now add boiled aloo and mix with masala.allow bubbles to come and adjust the salt.
When it ready transfer to a serving bowl.garnish with coriander.
Eat with rice and chapatti.............
