Mushroom Consomme Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups water
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon dried whole marjoram, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried whole rosemary, crushed
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in mushrooms, and continue to cook until mushrooms are thoroughly heated.
Serve hot.
