Mushroom Cocktail Recipe
I find this Mushroom Cocktail one of the best mushroom drinks I've ever tasted ! Try out this Mushroom Cocktail with some crackers and tell me if you like it ! I'm sure you'll love it !
Ingredients
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
2. tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon horseradish
3/4 cup catsup
Lettuce cups
Directions
Wedge mushrooms sideways in the tube and slice into "T" shapes with the slicing disk.
Combine vinegar, horseradish, and catsup.
Add mushrooms.
Chill and serve in lettuce cups with crackers.
