Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Chili powder1 Pinch
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Heavy cream/Evaporated milk2 Tablespoon
 Canned mushrooms4 Ounce, drained and finely chopped (Reserve Liquid)
 Mushroom liquid/From can of mushrooms3⁄10 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Grated cheddar cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley flakes1 Tablespoon
 Melba toast1

Directions

Place butter and chili powder in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave on HIGH until butter is melted.
Blend in flour.
Stir in cream and mushroom liquid.
Microwave 1 minute on HIGH.
Add cheese.
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes on HIGH, or until cheese is melted.
Stir in mushrooms.
Spread mixture on Melba toast and garnish with parsley.
Place 10 at a time on a paper towel-lined plate.
Microwave 40 seconds on HIGH, or until hot.
