Ingredients
Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum) - 2
Mushrooms - 1 cup
Tomatoes - 3
Onions - 1/2 cup chopped
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon Stick - 1 medium sized
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera (Cumin) seeds - 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt - 1 tbs
Cilantro (Coriander) - to garnish
Salt, Turmeric powder & Chilly powder - as per taste
Directions
Wash, dry & cut mushrooms into half inch cubes
Cut Bell peppers into cubes
Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds & let them splutter. Add cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste, cloves, cinnamon stick & saute until onions turn brownish.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder & cook until tomatoes turn tender.
Add bell peppers & Yogurt & mix well.
Add Dhaniya powder, garam masala powder & mix well.
Add mushrooms. Add salt & chilly powder as per taste.
Cook until mushrooms turn tender
Serve Hot.
