Mushroom Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 100 Gram | |
| Water chestnuts | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| White onion spring | 1 , chopped | |
| 1 egg white, whisked till frothy | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Green chilli | 1 , minced | |
| 6 bread slices, crusts removed | ||
Directions
Wash mushrooms, wipe dry and chop.
Put mushrooms, water chestnuts and spring onion in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl and mix in egg white, salt, pepper, oil and green chilli.
Spread mixture evenly over bread slices.
Place bread on a tray under a medium-hot grill till puffed and golden.
Cut into strips and serve immediately.
