Ingredients

 Mushrooms100 Gram
 Water chestnuts2 Tablespoon, chopped
 White onion spring1 , chopped
 1 egg white, whisked till frothy
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Oil1/2 Teaspoon
 Green chilli1 , minced
 6 bread slices, crusts removed

Directions

Wash mushrooms, wipe dry and chop.
Put mushrooms, water chestnuts and spring onion in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl and mix in egg white, salt, pepper, oil and green chilli.
Spread mixture evenly over bread slices.
Place bread on a tray under a medium-hot grill till puffed and golden.
Cut into strips and serve immediately.
