Mushroom Stuffed Steak I M Rolls Recipe
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, finely chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Top round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 4 thin pieces|
|Canned beef gravy||10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|

Cook at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in bread crumbs and parsley flakes.
Pound steak thin for rolling.
Season one side with salt and pepper.
Place mushroom mixture on seasoned side of each steak and roll up jelly roll style.
Tie with cotton string or secure with wooden toothpicks.
In a 8-inch square dish, arrange rolls around edge of dish; top with gravy.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.

After time appears in the display window turn rolls over.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at HIGH 5 minutes and at MEDIUM 10 to 12 minutes.
Turn rolls over, halfway through cooking.
TO COMPLETE: After cooking, release plastic wrap.
