Mushroom-Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tsp mushroom pieces | ||
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Raisins | 1 Teaspoon, soaked | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 double pork chop | ||
Directions
Combine ingredients for stuffing; stir to blend.
Split meaty part of chop down to bone; do not split through bone.
Fill with stuffing; secure with poultry pins.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until tender.
Turn once.
