Mushroom Samosas Recipe
Ingredients
| Maida | 150 (For Dough :) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For Dough :) | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped (For Filling :) | |
| Mushrooms | 300 Gram, diced (For Filling :) | |
| Gingerpaste 1 tsp | ||
| Green chillies | 3 Tablespoon, chopped (For Filling :) | |
| Garam masala | 2 Teaspoon (For Filling :) | |
| Ground cumin seeds 1/2 tsp | ||
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon, chopped (For Filling :) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon (For Filling :) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For Filling :) | |
Directions
1. Combine all the dough ingredients and make into a stiff dough.
2. Heat a pan and saute onions.
3. Add the rest of the filling ingredients and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
4. Sharpen with lemon juice.
5. Add chopped coriander and seasoning. Cool.
6. Divide the dough into small balls, roll out into circle and cut into two halves.
7. Moisten the edges and shape into cones. Fill a tsp of the mixture and seal.
8. Bake the samosa until golden in color.
