Ingredients

 Maida150 (For Dough :)
 Salt To Taste (For Dough :)
 Onion1 , chopped (For Filling :)
 Mushrooms300 Gram, diced (For Filling :)
 Gingerpaste 1 tsp
 Green chillies3 Tablespoon, chopped (For Filling :)
 Garam masala2 Teaspoon (For Filling :)
 Ground cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
 Coriander2 Tablespoon, chopped (For Filling :)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon (For Filling :)
 Salt To Taste (For Filling :)

Directions

1. Combine all the dough ingredients and make into a stiff dough.
2. Heat a pan and saute onions.
3. Add the rest of the filling ingredients and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
4. Sharpen with lemon juice.
5. Add chopped coriander and seasoning. Cool.
6. Divide the dough into small balls, roll out into circle and cut into two halves.
7. Moisten the edges and shape into cones. Fill a tsp of the mixture and seal.
8. Bake the samosa until golden in color.
