Lemon Mushroom Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 tablespoons olive oil, preferably extra-virgin | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Minced parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 pound fresh mushrooms, very thinly sliced | ||
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork to blend.
