Mushroom Roll Ups Recipe

Directions
Cook mushrooms in 3 tablespoons butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
Reduce heat to low; add flour.
Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Gradually add half-and-half; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Stir in chives, lemon juice, and salt.
Remove from heat; set aside.
Trim crusts from bread slices.
Roll each slice to 1/4- to 1/8-inch thickness with a rolling pin.
Spread each slice with a rounded teaspoonful of mushroom mixture; roll up tightly.
Brush rolls with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Cut each roll in half, and place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
