Mushroom Rice Casserole Recipe
The flavor of this Mushroom Rice Casserole recipe has played on my senses so much that I hardly ever go for any other Mushroom Rice Casserole recipe. I cant believe you just have not tried my Mushroom Rice Casserole recipe, yet.
Ingredients
2 cups diced cooked meat
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup cooked rice (1/4 cup uncooked)
Seasonings to taste
Directions
Combine rice and meat, and turn into a greased baking dish.
Pour over the mushroom soup which has been beaten smooth.
Top with buttered bread crumbs or crumbled cereal flakes.
Brown in hot oven, 400° F., about 30 minutes.
