Mushroom Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups diced cooked meat
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup cooked rice (1/4 cup uncooked)
Seasonings to taste
Directions
Combine rice and meat, and turn into a greased baking dish.
Pour over the mushroom soup which has been beaten smooth.
Top with buttered bread crumbs or crumbled cereal flakes.
Brown in hot oven, 400° F., about 30 minutes.
