Mushroom Quiche Lorraine Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell | ||
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| 1 1/2 cups light cream or half and half | ||
| 1 envelope Onion-Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix | ||
| 5 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled | ||
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; reduce heat to 375°F.
In large bowl, beat eggs; blend in cream, Lipton Onion-Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix, and bacon.
Sprinkle cheese in pastry shell; pour in egg mixture.
Bake 40 minutes, or until quiche tests done.
