 Mushrooms2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Basil leaves1 Teaspoon, crushed
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 2 Tbs. Fleischmann's Margarine
 2/3 cup uncooked converted rice
 Water1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Toasted almonds1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Saute mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, basil and pepper in margarine about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in rice and water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 25 minutes.
Stir in almonds.
