Mushroom Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned | |
| Butter | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Pinch of ground nutmeg to taste | ||
| Dry vermouth | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Basic Omelet | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute the onion and mushrooms in the butter.
Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, and vermouth.
Saute for a moment to reduce the moisture, and place in the omelet.
Add the lemon juice, and fold.
