Mushroom Liver Pate Recipe

Ingredients
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
2/3 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cans (4 3/4-ounce)
Underwood Liverwurst Spread
2 Tbs. brandy
2 tsps. dried chives
1/2 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
Directions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium low heat.
Add mushrooms and onions; saute 10 minutes, until all moisture has evaporated.
Stir in liverwurst spread, brandy, chives and flavor enhancer.
Spoon into a serving bowl.
Chill.
