Mushroom Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms or 1 can (2 oz.) mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup water
1 beef bouillon cube
Directions
Remove meat patties to a warm plate.
Pan-fry mushrooms in the drippings.
Add flour to drippings in pan; stir.
Add water and bouillon cube.
Cook until mixture boils, cube is dissolved, and sauce is thickened.
Pour over patties.
