Cheese Mushroom Fondue Recipe
|Mushrooms||3⁄4 Pound, finely sliced|
|Onion||1 Medium, peeled and chopped|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||3 Ounce, grated (3/4 Cup)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Bread cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), curried (For Serving)|

1. In a fondue pot melt butter and gently fry mushrooms and onion for 10 minutes.
2. Sprinkle in flour and add milk and bring to the boil, stirring such that thickened.
3. Cook for 2 minutes, add cheese and stir over low heat such that melted.
4. To serve stir in cream, add seasonings to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
